Maeve & Joe - December '21

A misty day saw Maeve and Joe’s guests arrive in the most glorious winter wedding outfits; with the ladies donning full length, embellished gowns whilst the men looked extremely dapper in tailored tuxedos.

The Main Barn twinkled with candle light as guests took their seats for the ceremony, admiring the show stopping deconstructed floral arch lovingly created by Kat from Ivy Floral Events.

Maeve, a true bridal beauty, arrived with her proud parents and stepped out of the car in a full sleeved, open back Savannah Miller gown with delicately placed pearls in her hair to match the detail on her dress. Cousins and bridesmaids, Hannah and Francesca, alongside Flower Girl Mia, led the way down the aisle before Maeve made her grand entrance to the live sounds of John Legend.

Proclaimed husband and wife, Maeve and Joe sealed their new marriage with a kiss before celebrating with a glass or two of chilled champagne with their nearest and dearest. With the light quickly fading, our happy couple were whisked outside for photographs whilst Gold Leaf Catering circulated with delicious canapes to the sweet sounds of a live saxophonist.

The dining tables in the Woodshed were adorned with candles, teamed with accents of gold and navy in the form of cutlery, crockery and linen from CMA Hire which set the scene for the cosiest of wedding breakfasts. Guests were treated to a lavish three course meal, indulging in a winter warming soup, a traditional roast and a decadent dessert, all washed down with the finest wine.

Guests were soon invited outside to officially welcome Maeve and Joe into their evening reception, by forming a tunnel of sparklers to head into the Main Barn where their 9 piece band were warming up!

Further guests arrived to join the celebrations and with drinks flowing, it was soon time for the cake to be cut and the first dance to take place. The Bucket List were on hand outside, serving up hot fries with lashings of toppings to fuel the dance floor late into the night.

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Gotts, what a way to end the season! Wishing you both so much love and happiness in your new lives (and new home!) together.
