Tucked away in the rolling Norfolk countryside, beneath wide-open skies and surrounded by nature beginning to wake from its winter slumber, our barn was the perfect backdrop for Chloe and Ryan’s magical March wedding — and this celebration was nothing short of spectacular!
From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was warm and full of anticipation. The couple chose to host their entire day on-site — from the ceremony to the meal and evening party — creating a relaxed and seamless flow from one moment to the next. No need for travel between venues meant everyone could fully immerse themselves in the day, and it was all the more special for it.
Chloe and Ryan had a beautiful legal ceremony in the Main Barn surrounded by 50 of their closest friends and family. The ceremony space was decorated to perfection. An amazing centre piece stood out at the top of the aisle beautifully created by Penny from Synched Events. Blue and white drapes towered over the guests from above and festoon lights draped down the back wall creating the perfect atmosphere for a March wedding.
After the ceremony was complete, the weather allowed guests to head outside and line up ready for a beautiful confetti photograph. Guests then enjoyed drinks and canapes on the lawn. Chloe and Ryan had supplied some garden games which are always a great idea! The acres of parkland proved the perfect place for our couple to have photographs during the drinks reception and photographer Helena Victoria captured some amazing shots.
Speeches took place at the beginning of the wedding breakfast and this is something we always encourage. A scrumptious wedding breakfast was then served by Back To Your Place caterers and this went down a treat! A main course of sharing pies was amazing and something we’d not seen served at the barn before but it was amazing.
As the wedding breakfast came to an end it was time for the evening guests to arrive and the party to start! Chloe and Ryan had an additional 50 guests join and it created a great party atmosphere. Broadside pizza was on site providing all guests with beautiful woodfired pizza throughout the evening. The fit pit was lit alongside and Chloe and Ryan had supplied smores for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.
This March wedding proved that you don’t need summer sunshine for a spectacular countryside celebration.
Chloe and Ryan you were an absolute pleasure to work with over these last few years and we wish you all the best in the future! xx
