Georgeena & Dan - Oct '25

There’s something truly special about an October wedding. The air feels crisper, the light turns golden, and nature provides a backdrop that no stylist could ever truly replicate. For Georgeena and Dan, this was exactly the case. They embraced the season wholeheartedly, and their day unfolded in a beautiful blend of warmth, music, and celebration.

The couple chose to hold a non-legal ceremony in the Main Barn, a decision that offered them the freedom to make the moment feel completely their own. Led by Caroline from The Ceremony People, the service was heartfelt and relaxed—perfect for a pair who wanted to remove the pressure and simply be present. One of the best things about a non-legal ceremony is the flexibility. Without the restrictions of a traditional civil service, Georgeena and Dan crafted a personal experience, filled with emotion, laughter, and the people who mattered most. It set the tone for the rest of the day: warm, gentle, and authentically “them.”

The atmosphere was made even more magical through music. Singer Abigail Patrick performed during the ceremony, her voice floating through the barn and creating an intimate and emotional soundtrack to the vows. Then, as guests made their way out into the Autumn sunshine for drinks, Casper Clarke seamlessly took the reins. His performance carried from the drinks reception through the wedding breakfast, providing those relaxed, soulful vibes that make memories feel timeless. The live music wove itself into the day—a constant thread of joy.

Dinner was held in the Woodshed, which looked breath taking. White drapes softened the space, and orange accents and finishing touches echoed the surrounding fall colours outside. It was rustic yet elegant, perfectly suited to October, and filled with the glow of candlelight and smiling faces. Guests gathered for speeches, shared stories, and settled in for a cosy, seasonal feast—exactly how an Autumn wedding should feel.

As the sun dipped behind the trees, the celebration came alive. Sparklers lit up the rear lawn, fire pits out the front of the barn kept guests warm and fresh pizza from Luca Pizza was served as a late night treat.

It was one of those evenings where you lose track of time—just laughter, music, and the glow of good company. A true celebration from start to finish.

Georgeena and Dan’s October wedding captured everything there is to love about the season—rich colour, cosy moments, meaningful details, and a celebration that felt relaxed, soulful, and joyfully unique. Their choices, from the live music to the ceremony style to the food, proved that weddings aren’t about rules—they’re about creating a day that reflects who you are. And this one absolutely did.

Georgeena and Dan we wish you both all the best and we hope you have an amazing time travelling the world! xx
