Natasha & Ben - October '22

We first met Natasha and Ben when Elsie was just a newborn baby, so a year on, we couldn’t wait to welcome her back with big sister Hallie for a very special day celebrating their Mummy and Daddy. .

In the lead up to the big day, during planning meetings, we learnt all of Natasha and Ben’s ideas; from suppliers, to food and decor -  it was set to be one jam packed wedding, with a very special surprise in the pipeline too!

The Old Coach House was a hub of activity on the morning of the wedding, with the Groomsmen making full use of the snooker table whilst the girls were glammed up in the Garden Room. Before long, it was a mad dash to get the girls into their dresses ready to head down to the barn and to finally witness Miss Rudland become Mrs Upton.

With Elise and Hallie prepped with their flower girl duties, and the bridesmaids lined up ready for their cue, emotions ran high for Father of the Bride Derek as he heard Natasha’s bridal march start to play. With a quick pep talk to our Bride and her beloved Dad behind the screens, they soon emerged arm in arm and composed to make that all important walk together.

After the ceremony, the most impressive surprise was revealed to all as guests stepped outside to shower our newly weds in confetti; the most beautiful, traditional carousel stood in all its glory.  As the children’s eyes lit up at the thought of riding round and round on one of the beautifully hand painted horses (or ostriches!), it was Lee Vann’s turn to entertain everyone during the drinks reception until the carousel was declared open! With drinks and nibbles flowing, guests made the most of the glorious autumnal weather whilst Natasha and Ben were whisked off for some family shots with their two gorgeous girls.

It was a real family affair laying the dining tables the day before the wedding so it was lovely to see so many of our newlyweds’ family and friends admire the transformation of the Woodshed as they took their seats ready to feast.

Each personalised champagne flute was soon charged with fizz before a very emotional set of speeches began. It was then the turn of Ben’s Best Man to declare the carousel officially open once he had finished his speech. All 80 guests took full advantage of the fairground favourite and climbed aboard ready for the most incredible, one of a kind, group shot for Natasha and Ben to treasure forever.

With Lee Vann back behind the MIC, it was soon for guests and our happy couple to dance the night away.

Congratulations to a beautiful family, we hope you make many more happy memories together.
