Sophie and Iain’s perfect October wedding had finally arrived and what a celebration it was!
This October, Sophie & Iain proved that midweek weddings can be just as magical—and even more memorable than Saturdays. With 100 guests gathered for a Wednesday celebration, they put their own stamp on tradition with a vibrant Las Vegas theme, incredible live music, and a party that didn’t stop until the very last song.
The day began with a heartfelt legal ceremony, where the couple exchanged their vows surrounded by their closest family and friends. The setting was intimate yet elegant, with autumn light streaming in and the atmosphere filled with love and excitement. Their personalised vows brought laughter, a few happy tears, and plenty of applause from the guests. It was the perfect balance of sentiment and celebration—setting the tone for the unforgettable day that followed.
Sophie & Iain had decorated the barn beautifully. The couple wanted their wedding to feel bold, playful, and full of life—so a Vegas theme was the perfect choice. Think bright lights, neon touches, bold colours, and plenty of fireballs! The Norfolk Flower Farm had supplied Sophie with four buckets full of seasonal flowers. This is an amazing way for our couples to get involved in building their own flower arrangements creating that personal feel.
As guests sat down for their wedding meal, the joyful sound of a live steel drum band filled the room. The tropical rhythms gave the celebration a unique twist—sunshine vibes in the heart of October. It created a relaxed, happy atmosphere where laughter and music blended seamlessly with clinking glasses and heartfelt speeches.
When the evening rolled in, the energy only went higher. A live band took to the stage, bringing Vegas-style showmanship and irresistible rhythms that had everyone on the dance floor. From first dances to late-night singalongs, the music carried the celebration deep into the night. The blend of live entertainment made this wedding feel less like a formal event and more like an unforgettable party. During the evening guests enjoyed pizza by the fire pit from The Pizza Slice Guy as well as a few cocktails from the busy in-house bar!
Sophie and Iain you have been such a pleasure to work with over the last few years and we wish you and James all the best! xx
